President* Trump’s economic advisor Larry Kudlow suffered a heart attack earlier today and is being treated at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center.
I wish Kudlow well, but can’t help but ask — why is he in Walter Reed and not a civilian hospital? Kudlow has never been in the military. He’s an employee of the Office of the President, sure, but so are hundreds of other Federal workers. I’m sure most of them wouldn’t be entitled to treatment at Walter Reed.
What kind of socialized medicine is this? Why is a civilian employee taking up a bed that could be occupied by a serving or retired member of the military?
Isn’t this just Sort Of Obamacare run amok?
