I’d seen all these diaries complaining about the change to the front page and I didn’t get it, as my front page looked the same.
But today I cleared my cache and lo and behold I come back to DailyKos and here’s a new front page. The one everyone’s been complaining about.
And I understand why.
I’ve always mostly stuck to the “recent stories.” Don’t really care who recommended what or what community stories were (?) and most popular is something I haven’t liked since high school.
It was easy to scroll down the side and see which recent stories I wanted to take a look at. Now — not. First, it’s hard to find them and I’ve got to wade through a lot of crap to get there.
So, count me in the new-is-crap crowd. Harrumph.
